Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Moda Minx pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the protective strip intact and earrings are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Moda Minx tags and hygiene seals are still in place.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
